Hannah P. Livesey is an associate attorney at High Swartz LLP’s Norristown office. She works with firm attorneys on a variety of matters including business, employment, education, real estate, and trusts and estates. Hannah is particularly drawn to legal work that allows her to apply her knowledge to practical, people-centered situations where she can make a meaningful impact in her community.

Initially joining High Swartz in 2021, Hannah managed client communications and supported daily office operations. Returning in 2024, while in law school as a Law Clerk, Hannah assisted attorneys across multiple practice areas and gained hands-on experience in legal research, drafting legal pleadings and contracts, and client service.

While pursuing her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Hannah served as Editor-in-Chief of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and a member of the Student Bar Association. Her published comment, “Winning Inside Out: How the Creation of Protective Mental Health Clauses Could Elevate Professional Athlete Performance,” examines the current landscape of mental health protections in professional sports, focusing on player contracts in the NFL and NBA. Through her work with the journal, Hannah explored emerging issues at the intersection of sports, employment, and labor law.

Hannah received her B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Dickinson College, where she was captain of the Women’s Lacrosse Team. She now serves on the Dickinson College Women’s Lacrosse Alumni Council and remains active in the college’s alumni community.

Hannah resides in Bryn Mawr with her husband. Her interests include entertaining, playing tennis, and hiking local trails with her two dogs, Zoe and Millie.
