Samantha has experience representing homeowners in property damage and insurance coverage disputes across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. Her work included defending policyholders against insurance carriers that wrongfully denied claims related to residential and commercial property damage.
Education and Legal Training
Samantha earned her JD from Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. She later completed a Master of Laws in Taxation with a Certificate in International Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
While in law school, she participated in multiple semesters with the Alvin L. Storrs Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic, representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the Michigan Department of Treasury. At Georgetown, she served as a legal extern with the United States Tax Court.

Samantha has participated in a range of service and educational initiatives, including teaching English in Rome, Italy, tutoring incarcerated individuals at SCI-Chester in Philadelphia, and supporting study abroad programs through Temple University’s Education Abroad Office.
Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, reading, and following Philadelphia sports. She is a dedicated fan of the Eagles, the Boston Bruins, and Formula 1 racing.
