High Swartz LLP Welcomes Attorney Hannah E. Posencheg

High Swartz LLP is pleased to announce that Hannah E. Posencheg, Esq. has joined the firm as an associate attorney based in its Norristown office.

Hannah will work with firm attorneys on a variety of matters, including employment, workers’ compensation, education, real estate, and trusts and estates, among other practice areas. Hannah is particularly drawn to legal work that allows her to apply her knowledge to practical, people-centered situations where she can make a meaningful impact in her community.

Hannah first joined High Swartz in 2021, supporting daily office operations. She returned in 2024 while in law school as a Law Clerk, assisting attorneys across multiple practice areas and gaining hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and client service.

Having started my legal journey at High Swartz prior to law school, returning as an associate feels so full circle,” said Hannah Posencheg. “I am excited to work alongside such a talented and welcoming team, and to contribute to the firm’s distinguished legacy.”

She earned her Juris Doctor from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal and as a member of the Student Bar Association. Her published comment, “Winning Inside Out: How the Creation of Protective Mental Health Clauses Could Elevate Professional Athlete Performance,” examines the current landscape of mental health protections in professional sports, focusing on player contracts in the NFL and NBA.

We’re thrilled to welcome Hannah back to the firm and think she has a bright future ahead,” said Joel Rosen, Managing Partner at High Swartz LLP.

High Swartz LLP Names Family Attorney Shari Williams Partner

We are pleased to announce that Bucks County family law attorney Shari Williams has been elected partner. Shari concentrates her practice on family law, representing clients in custody, divorce, support, guardianships, equitable distribution, adoption, and related domestic relations matters throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.

Before joining High Swartz in 2022, Shari maintained her own family law practice in Huntingdon Valley, where she built a reputation for guiding clients through complex personal matters with clarity and compassion. Her solo practice experience gave her a unique perspective on client advocacy.

“Shari has been an integral part of our family law practice group since she arrived,” said Joel D. Rosen, Managing Partner. “Her dedication to clients and leadership in the Bucks legal community make her a natural fit for partnership.”

In addition to her client work, Shari is committed to expanding access to justice. Shari currently serves as co-chair of the Pro Bono Committee for the Bucks County Bar Association. Her service has been recognized with both the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Bucks County Pro Bono Award and the Bucks County Bar Association’s Arthur B. Walsh, Jr. Pro Bono Publico Award.

Shari was recently recognized in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® edition for her work in family law. High Swartz congratulates Shari on this well-deserved recognition and promotion. We look forward to Shari's continued leadership within the firm and the Bucks legal community.
